Return Policy

1. Return Period

We allow returns within 20 days from the date
you receive the plush product.

2. Return Conditions

Returns are only accepted if the plush product has obvious
quality issues or product defects. This includes but is not limited to
ripped seams, missing parts (such as eyes, noses on plush toys with
attached accessories), or problems with the stuffing (e.g., lumpy or
insufficient stuffing). Products must be returned in the same condition as
received, with no additional damage caused by the customer.

3. Write to us

If you believe your plush product meets the return criteria,
please contact our customer service department at ‘Contact us – Write to us’. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the quality issue or defect, and,
if possible, pictures to help us assess the situation more quickly.

4. Return Shipping

If the return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid
shipping label. Please make sure to package the plush product securely to
prevent further damage during transit.

5. Refund or Replacement

Upon receipt and verification of the quality issue or defect,
we will either issue a full refund to the original payment method or, if
you prefer, send you a replacement of the same product in perfect
condition. The decision will be made based on product availability.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
